01/Dec/13 Match Week 13 Tottenham vs Man United Results 2-2 Tottenham showed they were recovered after the last week 6-0 defeat to Manchester City. The Spurs took the lead in scoring board twice, however Wayne Rooney scored twice to deny their efforts. Defender Kyle Walker put Tottenham ahead in the 18th minute with his low free kick under the leaping United defensive wall and past United keeper David de Gea. Rooney struck the equalizer at 32rd minute from a close range , after Walker made a mistake when passing the ball. Tottenham was leading at 54th minute again, with Sandro's brilliant right footed shot from 25 yards was drive into the top right corner and left the helpless De Gea rooted to the spot. Danny Welback earned a penalty fro Manchester United, when Spurs keeper Hugo Lloris brought down the England forwarder and shown with a yellow card. 30/Nov/13 Match Week 13 Cardiff vs Arsenal Results 0-3 Arsenal hammered Cardiff City 3-0, despite the Bluebirds was having remarkable results against Manchester City and Manchester United at Cardiff City Stadium. Arsenal Wales midfielder Aaron Ramsey scored two goals against Cardiff, but he chosen not to celebrate as a sign to respect his former club. He was a Cardiff player from year 2006 - 2008. Ramsey headed in Arsenal's first goal at 29th minute, assisted by Mesut Özil with a cross. Substitute Mathieu Flamini struck in Gunner's second goal at 86th minute, again assisted by Özil. 30/Nov/13 Match Week 13 Everton vs Stoke Results 4-0 Everton remained unbeatable at Goodison Park in the new season, after their 4-0 comfortable victory against Stoke City. Just before first half was ended, Gerard Deulofeu, the on loan forwarder from Barcelona, scored the first goal for Everton. Deulofeu scored his first Premier League goal through a left footed shot inside box area, assisted by Gareth Barry. The Spanish was on loan to Everton since July 2013. At the beginning of second half, defender Seamus Coleman struck the second goal for Toffees, assisted by Gareth Barry as well. Gerard Deulofeu continue his contribution in Everton's third goal at 58th minute. Defender Bryan Oviedo scored a brilliant shot from outside the box, assisted by Deulofeu following a cross from corner. Everton's another on loan forwarder Romelu Lukaku scored their fourth goal at 79th minute, through a close range shot to the centre of the goal This is his eighth Premier League goal after thirteen match week. 28/Nov/13 EPL Teams' Results in Champions League and Europa League Three more Premier League teams were qualified to enter 2013/14 UEFA Champions League Knock Out Stages.All EPL teams gain victory in this week Champions League, except Chelsea lose 1-0 to FC Basel. Arsenal beaten Marseille 2-0 at Emirates Stadium, with Jack Wilshere struck twice. Wilshere's first goal happed at just only 28th seconds after first half was started. Mesut Özil missed to score a penalty during first half. Chelsea lose to FC Basel 1-0 at St Jakob Park, after Mohamed Salah scored the only goal at 87th minute. The Blues still qualified to enter Knock Out Stages after they confirmed as top seat in Group E. Manchester United saw off Bayer Leverkusen with 5-0 simple win at Bayarena, to remain as top place in Group A and enter Knock Out Stages. All five goals were scored by different players, included Emir Spahic's own goal. Manchester City claimed their fourth Champions League victory after defeated Viktoria Plzen 4-2 at home ground. Citizen were already qualified for the next stage since 05/Nov/13. In Europa League group stage, Swansea's qualification to enter Knock Out Stages is stil unsure, after their 1-0 defeat to Valencia at Liberty Stadium. Daniel Parejo's 20th-minute strike made Swansea to suffer their first defeat in group stage. The Premier League team will play against St Gallen at AFG Arena in the next Europa Lague match. Tottenham continue their unbeatable record in Group K, after saw off Tromso 2-0 at Norway. Adnan Cauevic's own goal and Mousa Dembele's 75th minute strike are sufficient for the Spurs for a comfortable away victory.

23/Nov/13 Crystal Palace Announced Tony Pulis as New Manager Crystal Palace Football Club officially announce the appointment of Tony Pulis as manager. Pulis (full name Anthony Richard Pulis) has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with the promoted team. He will start his first game in charge of Palace coming against Norwich City on 30/Nov/13. Pulis was famous with his previous management experience at Premier League club Stoke City. He was hired as Stoke manager from November 2002 until June 2005. Pulis in charged of Championship Plymouth Argyle for about a season, before he returning as manager of Stoke City during May 2006. During the end of EPL 2012/13, it saw Stoke make little progress and Pulis left the club by mutual consent during May 2013. The experienced 55-year-old back is going to start his Premier League management career once again, this time at Selhurst Park. |

20/Nov/13 Referee chief Mike Riley Apologise to West Brom Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) chief Mike Riley has officially apology to West Bromwich Albion after a controversial penalty incident in their 2-2 draw with Chelsea on 09/Nov/2013. During the match, West Brom was leading 2-1 at Stamford Bridge, before referee Andre Mariner awarded a late penalty to Chelsea for a challenge on Ramires at deep into stoppage time. Before the referee pointed to the spot for penalty, Chelsea midfielder Ramires was collapsed to the ground after seems contact with West Brom defender Steven Reid. However, replays showed the official has made wrong decision for this decisive penalty. Furious West Brom players surrounded Andre Marriner after his decision. Eden Hazard managed to convert the opportunity to snatch victory away from the Baggies and to avoid Chelsea for having their first home defeat of the season. The apology doesn't give back two points to West Brom. The Baggies is now at tenth place of EPL Table. They are going to play against Aston Villa in the next Premier League home match.

Former Arsenal striker, Robin Van Persie scored the only goal of the match at 27th minute through a header, assisted by Wayne Rooney. Rooney delivered a lovely cross following a corner on the left, before Van Persie rose to headed in the goal. After struck the winning goal, RVP has an emotional celebration with his United teammates. Rooney played for full 90 minutes in this match which affected the title race. The England striker seems tireless, fit and sharp. Although Rooney was booked in the second half, he still deserved to named as Man of The Match for his fine performance. At 41st minute, Arsenal keeper Wojciech Szczesny has a bad head clash with MU midfielder Phil Jones. Jones was shown a yellow card for his bad foul. The match was delay for almost two minutes before the injured Szczesny can continue to play. Three minutes later, Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic suffered serious beeding after he crunched by his own goalkeeper David de Gea. Vidic was out of the match, with Patrice Evra replaced as United' on-field commander. Evra continue to go forward at every opportunity and worked hard in the match. It took only eight minutes for Stoke City to take the lead at Liberty Stadium. Jonathan Walters opened the scoring after he obtained tall Peter Crouch's header pass, and right footed shot across Swansea keeper Gerhard Tremmel into the bottom left corner. Stoke took the lead with 2-0 until early stage of the second half.. At 56th minute, Swansea forwarder Wilfried Bony headed in the host's first goal, assisted by Jonathan De Guzmán with a right wing cross following a corner. Subsitute Nathan Dyer scored the vital equalizer for Swansea at 74th minute. After Wayne Routledge's cross was headed out by Jonathan Walters, it went straight to Dyer, who shot from almost 12 yards to the bottom left corner. Mauricio Pochettino was announced as the Southampton first-team manager during January 2013. Pochettino has won the Barclays Manager of the Month award for the first time. He guided Southampton to claim seven points, included two home victory against Swansea and Fulham. The Saints also has a remarkable draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford. Sergio Agüero has earned his first Barclays Premier League Player of the Month award in his career, through his superb outstanding performance during October. The City striker has struck four goals and assisted one goal in three matches. The 25 years old Argentine scored one goal in City's home match against Everton, despite his 69th minute penalty was saved by Tim Howard. Three EPL teams gain victory in this week Champions League, included Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea. Manchester United is the only team who was having draw results, after Robin Vap Persie missed to score a golden opportunity penalty. City beat CSKA Moscow with a comfortable 5-2 victory at Etihad Stadium. Sergio Aguero struck twice and Spanish striker Alvaro Negredo grabbed a hat-trick after his third goal at stoppage time. City marched to Round of 16, together with Bayern Munich from Group D. Manchester United was having a goalless draw at Anoeta, after Robin van Persie missed a penalty at 70th minute and Marouane Fellaini was sent off during stoppage time. United remained as top seat in Group A, with only one point advantage. Chelsea saw off Schalke 3-0, with Samuel Eto'o struck twice. The Blues again leading in Group E. The Gunners beat Dortmund 1-0 at Germany, again through their superb duo's efforts. Aaron Ramsey scored the winning goal at 62th minute through a header, assisted by Olivier Giroud with a headed pass as well. In Europa League group stage, Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe converted a penalty as Spurs' winning goal against Sheriff Tiraspol. Defoe is now became Tottenham's all-time top scorer in European competition, with 23 European goals. In another Europa League match, Swansea draw 1-1 with Kuban Krasnodar again . 06/Nov/13 Sascha Riether has been Banned after Stamped on Januzaj Fulham defender Sascha Riether, was the first player to be charged by the Football Association under FA's new pilot scheme. This is FA's new disciplinary panel of three former elite referees reviews video evidence of incidents not seen by match officials . The panel will advise relevant actions should be taken if it been witnessed at the time. Riether has been banned for three matches after admitting a FA charge of violent conduct for stamping on Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj. The incident occurred in stoppage-time of Fulham's 3-1 Premier League defeat at Craven Cottage by United on 02/Nov/2013. Januzaj was backed into a corner where Riether stamped on his leg. The incident was not seen by referee Lee Probert or any other match officers but was caught on video. An FA statement said: "Following an independent regulatory commission hearing today, Fulham's Sascha Riether has been suspended for three matches with immediate effect after he accepted an FA charge for violent conduct. The German defender apologised for stamping on Januzaj via his official Twitter account. He will miss Fulham's below three Premier League matches:

02/Nov/13 Match Week 10 Fulham vs Manchester United Results 1-3 Manchester United crushed Fulham 3-1 at the Craven Cottage, with three first half goals scored within 13 minutes. This is the first successive league victories since David Moyes's reign as Manchester United manager. Antonio Valencia put United ahead in just 9th minute, assisted by Wayne Rooney. Four minutes after coming on, Kacaniklic scored fulham's only goal, with a right footed shot from outside the box, passed Rooney and De Gea. This goal was assisted by Kieran Richardson, former Manchester defender. Another ex-United player, Dimitar Berbatov didn't score when playing against his former club. |

02/Nov/13 Match Week 10 Hull vs Sunderland Results 1-0 Sunderland's away match against Hull at The KC Stadium end up with disaster, included one own goal and two red cards. At 25th minute, Sunderland defender Carlos Jimenez Cuellar headed Liam Rosenior's cross into his own net. This is the only goal for the match. At 43rd minute, Vito Mannone replaced Sunderland keeper Keiren Westwood following a neck injury. Subsequently, The Black Cats were given two straight red cards in a five minute period just before half-time ended. Lee Cattermole was given the first red card, after he lunge on Hull midfielder Ahmed Elmohamady during stoppage time. This is England midfielder's seventh sent off in his Premier League career. Subsitute Saido Berahino scored West Brom's first goal at 44th, soon after he replaced Billy Jones. Defender Gareth McAuley scored the late second goal through a header, assisted by Chris Brunt with a cross following a corner. Crystal Palace has lost nine of their ten Premier League fixtures. 02/Nov/13 Match Week 10 Arsenal vs Liverpool Results 2-0 Arsenal beat Liverpool 2-0 at Emirate Stadium. Gunners remained at the top of the EPL table, with five points clear from the second place Chelsea. Before the match Luis Suárez was the topic of the match, after he almost join Arsenal during Summer Transfer. Later, Aaron Ramsey became the focus of the match, after he struck a superb goal from outside the box to the top left corner of the goal. His sixth goal of the season is impossible to be saved by the keeper. The goal was assisted by Mesut Özil, his fourth assist since he joined Arsenal this summer. Earlier at 19th minute, Santi Cazorla scored Arsenal's fist goal, as well as his first Premier League goal of EPL 2013/14. During the last EPL season, the Spanish midfielder did contribute 12 goals and 12 assists from 37 Premier League starts. The victory became great motivation for Arsenal, before they are going to play against Manchester United at Old Trafford during next weekend. |
